Please come along and join our new STEM Ambassador Group by sharing your experiences in life and the workplace with young people making their way into the world of work.
STEM Ambassador is a volunteer who helps young people learn about science, technology, engineering, and maths.
They act as role models to break stereotypes, show real-world job uses, and inspire students in schools and communities.
What They Do
Give career talks and answer young people's questions.
Help with hands-on workshops, science clubs, and school projects.
Support teachers by connecting classroom lessons to real jobs.
Join online or in-person events for youth groups.
If you would like to learn more about this wonderful group, please come along and meet the Group Leader and prospective STEM Ambassadors on the 8th of September, 2pm - 4pm at Lund House, Lawton Street, ST6 6EX.
